    The purpose of this symposium is to provide a forum for an exchange of ideas among experts from overseas and Hong Kong in various areas of applied analysis. It also aims at disseminating information on recent advances made in these areas.

    The program includes over 80 presentations covering the fields of asymptotics, integral equations, perturbation methods, special functions and wave propagation.
