Booking Procedure :

Guest should send the Accommodation Reservation Form to the hotel directly.  All reservations should be received with a non-refundable one night deposit or credit card details on or before October 1, 2004; otherwise, rooms will be offered subject to availability.  The one night deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation received within 7 days of arrival or guests fail to show up on the arrival date.
