Hanqin Zhang is a Professor at Institute of Applied Mathematics,
the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. He received his Ph.D
in Operations Research from Institute of Applied
Mathematics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research
interests include stability and diffusion approximation of queueing
networks, applied probability and statistics, and optimal controls in
stochastic
manufacturing systems.
