Qiang Zhang received his B.S. from Fudan University in 1982, M.A.
and Ph.D. from New York University in 1983 and 1986. He currently is an
Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Statistics
at State University of New York at Stony Brook and an Associate Professor
in the Department of Mathematics and in the Department of Economics and
Finance at City University of Hong Kong.
