The first day of the Congress, including the Opening Ceremony, will be held at Theatre 1, The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC). The Centre is located in Wanchai, it is linked by covered walkways to Wanchai ferry pier where ferries go to Tsimshatsui at around every 10 minutes; and the MTR (Hong Kong's subway system) Wanchai Station is within 10 minutes walking distance.

• Shuttle bus arrangement

Shuttle buses will respectively leave the Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel and Metropole Hotel to HKCEC at 7:15am on December 17. Please wear your congress name badge when you get on the bus.
 
• From the Royal Park or Royal Plaza Hotels:
• Take the KCR train to East Tsimshatsui Station
• Walk through the pedestrian subway to the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station
• Take a MTR train to Wanchai Station.
• From exit A4 at the Wanchai Station, walk along the footbridge to HKCEC, you will pass by the Immigration Tower and the Central Plaza.
• From the Metropole Hotel
• Take KMB bus route number 7 to Tsimshatsui Star Ferry (the bus stop is opposite to the hotel)
• Take ferries there to Wanchai.
• Walk along the footbridge from the Wanchai Ferry pier, HKCEC is on the right hand side of the pier.

Lunch Arrangement

On Decembern17, registered participants will be served with set lunch at the HKCEC upon presentation of a lunch coupon. Participants are not required to pay for the lunch there.  The coupon is attached to the name badge.  Participants are reminded to wear your name badge at any time during the congress.
